Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and securely wrapped; for large items, we will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup service.
Inspection and Quality Check
Once the item arrives back at our workshop, our artisans will inspect the piece to verify it remains in new, resalable condition.
Receive Your Refund
After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees, within 5-7 business days.
